ABOUT TOM

Tom is a professional vocalist from Wonthaggi. Tom is a versatile singer, showcasing an ability to sing across many genres from classical to pop. He is also a competent guitarist and pianist. Tom has had quite a success in the early years of his career, having successfully negotiated his 5th grade music theory, attaining his Associate Diploma of Music in Classical Voice (A.Mus.A), Bachelor of Music (Classical Voice) and gaining lead roles in musicals, and singing on national and international television.                                     

Tom has performed regularly in Melbourne for many years now, as well as working in Sydney with some of Australia's leading musical theatre producers, directors, musical directors and performers on new Australian theatre works. Toms’ first introduction to the musical theatre stage was in 2014 where he performed the title role of ‘Jesus of Nazareth’ in Wonthaggi Theatrical Group’s production of ‘Jesus Christ Superstar’. He was awarded ‘Most Outstanding Leading Male’ and also received the ‘Gladys Moncrieff Award’ for first-time performance in a featured role. Tom’s other musical theatre highlights include Chris (Miss Saigon), Bok (Wicked), Raoul (Phantom of the Opera), Jean Valjean (Les Miserables) and originating the role of Miles Harding in the international premier of Electric Dreams the Musical. 
Other credits include appearing at the World Superbikes Grand Final on Phillip Island (internationally televised), Hisense Arena, The Hayes Theatre in Sydney and live on The Project (Channel 10).
In 2022 Tom joined the internationanly acclaimed vocal group, The Ten Tenors and embarked on an Australian tour visiting some of the finest theatres in Australia and performing to sell out crowds.
Tom has always had a dream and passion for music. As a kid, he always had a guitar in his hands and was always singing. He has come to realise that with some hard work and dedication, those dreams can become a reality.
